Effective
DeepDocket uses cookies and similar browser storage for account access, security, preferences, and optional services. Analytics and support chat stay off until you choose their categories. Continuing to browse does not count as consent.
Your choices
Choose Reject optional, Accept all, or Customize on the banner. Optional categories start off. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice at any time. Rejecting optional services does not prevent essential account features; optional chat will be unavailable.
The cookie_consent cookie stores your choice for up to 180 days in that browser. Clearing storage, expiry, or a consent-version change may show the banner again. Choices do not sync across devices. Optional analytics and chat do not load when JavaScript is disabled.
Account, security, and payment technologies
Session and authentication cookies maintain sign-in and protect requests. Remember-me cookies can last beyond a browsing session. The consent cookie lets us honor your choices.
Forms using Google reCAPTCHA load Google's abuse-protection service. Stripe browser components load across the site for payment and fraud-prevention functions, including on pages without checkout, and may set __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid cookies. Their storage and duration depend on the feature and provider configuration. These services are separate from optional analytics and are not disabled by rejecting that category. Optional functional services
Functional consent enables Tawk.to chat on public information pages and lets the calendar remember a timezone-warning dismissal for one day. Chat may use cookies and local storage with names such as twk_*, tawk*, and TawkConnectionTime. It receives connection details and messages you send. Keep client details out of chat. Optional analytics
Analytics consent enables Google Analytics on selected public information pages. It may use _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish browsers and measure page use. We configure these cookies for up to 180 days and disable Google signals and advertising personalization in our integration. Page URLs supplied by DeepDocket exclude query strings and fragments. Analytics and chat are excluded from signed-in pages, client intake, and other pages outside this public-page selection.
Global Privacy Control keeps analytics off even if you select Accept all. We do not respond separately to the older Do Not Track signal. These controls apply to this browser.
Withdrawing consent and clearing storage
Withdrawal stops future loading of that optional category and removes matching accessible first-party cookies. If the service already loaded, the page reloads to remove its running code. This cannot undo earlier transmissions or erase storage controlled by another domain. Use your browser's site-data controls to clear remaining cookies or local storage. Blocking all cookies may prevent sign-in or other essential features.
Other external requests
Fonts, software assets, avatars, and embedded media may send IP and browser details to their hosts even without cookies. Reject optional does not block all external requests. Email technologies are separate from these browser controls.
